Our bonbons combine the finest chocolate available with beautiful native Australian ingredients. The same award winning selection which has earned the prestigious title of Champion Chocolate at the Callebaut Sydney Royal Chocolate Show 2017, 2018 & 2019. They are a labour of love and take our head chocolatier days to make and months of finessing. Our award winning collection includes Davidson Plum Cheesecake, Roast Wattleseed, Lemon Aspen Pie, Lemon Myrtle & Strawberry Yuzu, Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey Salted Caramel and Macadamia Nougat with Salted Macadamia & Butter Caramel.
Please note that we do not use preservatives and our chocolates therefore have a shelf life of 3 weeks
